Generating evidence to support A Way Home’s Impact

Assessing the impact of strategic efforts to prevent and end youth homelessness

A Way Home Canada is a national coalition reimagining solutions to youth homelessness through transformations in policy, planning and practice. Blueprint was engaged by A Way Home Canada to help them understand their organizational impact to date, create an evaluation plan for tracking their impact moving forward, and provide support in implementing the plan.

We are working closely with A Way Home Canada to design and implement evaluation plan that reflects their complex and multi-faceted efforts to transform responses to youth homelessness. Our plan will generate the evidence they need to continuously learn and build on what works as they seek to prevent, reduce and end youth homelessness.
