Our response to COVID-19

We are here to help

Blueprint expresses deep appreciation for efforts of frontline workers and offers our help to community organizations supporting those who are most vulnerable in this time of unpreceded need.

The COVID-19 crisis is like nothing we have seen in our lifetimes. This challenge has put a spotlight on the people on the frontlines who are helping to keep us healthy and safe including health care workers, first responders, retail workers, delivery people, and food handlers. We are also mindful of the business leaders who have put their enterprises on hold and the workers who are losing income, especially those with limited financial resources to cushion the impact.

We are heartened by the rapid response of all levels of government. We are inspired by the efforts of individuals, families and communities who are showing every day, that we are truly all in this together.

At Blueprint, we are fortunate to be able to work remotely. We continue to be responsive to the needs of our clients and partners and deliver on our ongoing projects. We want to express our deep appreciation for everything that our clients and community partners are doing to support those who already face significant barriers, including poverty, homelessness and social isolation, and need even more consideration during this challenging time.

What we are doing to help

We are also turning our attention to innovative ways we can use data and evidence to engage workers in industry sectors that have been hardest hit, and to offer agile and person-centred solutions to help businesses and vulnerable workers adjust and ultimately recover. We will have more to share about this initiative in the coming weeks.

We also recognize that COVID-19 has created unprecedented and immediate challenges for many of our clients and partners, and the communities that they work with. Blueprint is committed to using our experience, expertise and resources to help with these pressing challenges. Please let us know what your organization is doing and if you would like to collaborate with us on this important work: we would love to hear from you, and lend our expertise if we can be helpful.

Over the next month we will be offering free consultations for organizations seeking guidance on:

  • Adapting program design to the current context
  • Identifying and testing online learning and digital delivery tools
  • Monitoring participant and client experience to understand the impact of program changes

Please use this form to request a meeting with us.

We also encourage our clients, partners, and other organizations to reach out at any time with other questions or information about how we can help. You can reach us here.

Thank you and stay safe,

Karen Myers
